Sales team was great, prep team not so great, backseat has scuff marks, protective chrome rubber was left on both sides 1 over drivers door, the other on back passenger door, they came loose on the inters has scuff marks, protective chrome rubber was left on both sides 1 over drivers door, the other on back passenger door, they came loose on the interstate on my way home, damage to paint on both sides before I could stop and finish removing it, needless to say I'm real unhappy about that, other than that we were treated very well and will refer others More

I was immediately greeted by a Sales Rep who was very attentive and provided all the information I needed to make a decision about my purchase. I did not have to wait at all although the purchase took a attentive and provided all the information I needed to make a decision about my purchase. I did not have to wait at all although the purchase took a little longer that I thought. But I forgave them for that because I was allowed to leave with the person who brought me as I don't drive after dark. My Sales Rep graciously delivered my car the next morning. I am one happy senior citizen and I love my 2023 Elandra Limited. More

SERVICE VISIT
I waited 115 days for them to make one phone. I literally had to make them dial the number as I watched. My warranty company called from Sept 19-Jan 12, as did I. They have lost my only key, left I literally had to make them dial the number as I watched. My warranty company called from Sept 19-Jan 12, as did I. They have lost my only key, left my car unlocked, and hood unlatched for the duration. Their lack of initiative has put me waiting for a replacement engine going on six months. I may see my car in another six months that’s anywhere between 6 to 12 months paying on a car that is sitting at the dealership with under 60,000 miles and under five years old. Do not purchase a Hyundai and do not purchase a Kia, whether or not they are certified pre owned or not. More
