How Do You Satisfy A Sweet Tooth On Keto?
This Keto Fudge recipe is a great way to satisfy that sweet tooth without having to feel guilty! The chocolate flavor is enough to please any chocolate junky and the coconut adds a great taste and crisp texture.
This is a great dessert or snack for anyone on the keto diet looking to satisfy their sweets cravings!
What Is In Keto Fudge?
I tend to avoid making a ton of desserts because they can have a lot of different ingredients and I personally hate having a bunch of dishes to wash afterward.
This Low Carb Fudge is fantastic because while it does have several ingredients, most of them are low carb pantry staples and if you follow my instructions you'll only have a few dishes to wash when it's time to clean up.
Here's what you'll need:
Dry Ingredients
- Chocolate whey protein
- Whole Milk Powder
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- powdered erythritol
- Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
Wet Ingredients
- Coconut Oil
- Whipping Cream
- Da Vinci® Sugar Free Syrup
- Butter
How To Make Keto Fudge
- In a food processor, process coconut oil, whipping cream, Da Vinci Sugar Free Syrup, butter, chocolate whey protein, powdered milk, cocoa, and erythritol.
- Stir in 3/4 cup coconut.
- Press into lightly greased (spray the bottom of pan lightly with Pam) 8 X 8 square pan.
- Sprinkle remaining coconut over top and press coconut into the mixture with the back of a soup or dessert spoon.
- Refrigerate until firm.
Tips and Tricks
- What I like to do is sort by dry and wet ingredients so that I could use the same measuring cup without having to wash everything too many times.
- Do not melt your coconut oil before mixing your ingredients together. This will impact the texture of the keto fudge.
- I also reduced the amount of coconut and the sweetener in this Keto Fudge recipe and it worked out beautifully. It's not too sweet which means I can eat more of this than I could of regular fudge.
- If you have recently had bariatric surgery and are still in your soft foods stage, you can also omit the coconut in this recipe and it is still just as delicious.
Can Fudge Be Frozen?
Yes! It's hard to believe that you won't gobble this all up before it needs to be frozen, but if you have more self control than I do, here is how you do it:
- Cut this Keto Fudge Recipe into bite-sized portions.
- Wrap fudge in wax paper.
- Wrap in aluminum foil
- Store wrapped keto fudge in a freezer safe bag and label with the date.
This fudge recipe will stay perfectly delicious in the freezer for 2-3 months.

I had approximately 1 T of coconut oil that would not incorporate, just sat on top. I ended up carefully draining it off and dabbed the top with a paper towel.Reply

These are truly good. I didn't have chocolate protein powder, so I used my unflavored and added a tablespoon more cocoa powder and more sweetener. I also dusted the top lightly with cocoa powder and sprinkled a few chopped toasted almonds on top with the coconut.
Even my DH really enjoyed them. Thanks for another great recipe!

Yes they are definitely a little too easy to eat! What works for me is to freeze them and only take out 1-2 at night and put them in the fridge to eat the next day when they're defrosted.
